I believe Partisan may be bis with a coordinated spec but I’m unsure if the team would want rapiers or fangs. But to say it needs a nerf because a 3 year old weapon becomes slightly less useful is stupid.Rapier is up to 15% better at 0 def mobs, give or take a few percent depending on your exact setup, with the breakeven point around bronze dragons or black demons. The "Voidwaker" aka Korasi has the DWH special attack. Voidwaker ultimately should've just paid homeage to the original Korasi's sword from Pre EOC, which we all know it as. .
